Declaracao anual do MEI

Boa tarde

Hoje fui fazer a Declaracao anual do MEI, mas não consigo pois aparece um erro na tela.
Alguem está com este mesmo problema?

Fiz 2 hoje e não tive problemas, usei o Firefox para fazer.

Verifica com outro navegador se dá o mesmo problema.
